The fourth graders had a blast at Deerassic Park. They participated in kayaking/canoeing, fishing, learning about white tail deer and leucistic deer, and archery. Thanks to our P.T.O, all students were able to purchase a souvenir from the gift shop.

Our kindergarten class walked to the bank and post office this morning. In addition, they went to the park. The weather was amazing and this was a great experience for the children.
Salem-Liberty students learned about the lifecycle of the butterfly the last few weeks. Today we release our butterflies into nature.
Kindergarten is working on their colors and counting while in library today.

Today is National School Bus Driver Appreciation Day! Help us thank our bus and van drivers for transporting our students to and from school safely!
Today was our Salem-Liberty wellness jump rope challenge. Devontae Schafer won the K-2 challenge with 15 jumps. Holden O'Brien was the 3-5 winner with 31 jumps. Our participation winner was first grader, Louella Schafer. Congrats, to all.
On Friday, our 4th graders shared tree books with their Kindergarten buddies on Arbor Day, 4/24/26.
A HUGE thank you goes out to the Lowell American Legion Post 750 for their donation of books for each child today. The Legion of Readers is definitely a great program. A book entitled, Honor Flight, was donated to our school library as well. Thank you!
Salem 5th grade is working art nouveau inspired self portraits! They are doing so great! Way to go, 5th grade!
After learning about Arbor Day, 4th graders read some books about trees. Celebrate Arbor Day on April 24th! 💚🌳
