Fort Frye Local Track
The Fort Frye High School Track and stadium area will be closed to the public starting this Monday, July 28, for the resurfacing of the top coat of the athletic track.
It will remain closed approximately one week then a few days later will close again for a couple of days to paint the track lanes.
The timing of this summer project has been delayed due to the contractor's schedule.
Thank you for your understanding and patience as we continue to maintain our facilities.

Washington County Family and Children First is offering an Incredible Year School Readiness Program this summer. A FREE program for parents of children ages 3 to 6 starting in July!

Today first grade completed a great STEM project. Our First Graders learned how to make a kite and now they plan to do test flights. What fun!


We have a ton of clothes in our Lost and Found. Please have your child check this pile as it will be given to a good cause at the end of the school year.

Buddy reading took place this week between our first and third grades.





This past week first grade students wrote informational writing on how to make a float. Then they actually made and enjoyed them on Friday. What fun!



Today our 5th graders went to the Marietta College planetarium, the Castle, and Mound cemetery. This was a great learning experience.










Today our 5th graders showed off their roller coasters they created in Science to Mrs Hibbs’ first grade class. Way to go, 5th grade.
