Washington County Family and Children First is offering an Incredible Year School Readiness Program this summer. A FREE program for parents of children ages 3 to 6 starting in July!

Today first grade completed a great STEM project. Our First Graders learned how to make a kite and now they plan to do test flights. What fun!


We have a ton of clothes in our Lost and Found. Please have your child check this pile as it will be given to a good cause at the end of the school year.

Buddy reading took place this week between our first and third grades.





This past week first grade students wrote informational writing on how to make a float. Then they actually made and enjoyed them on Friday. What fun!



Today our 5th graders went to the Marietta College planetarium, the Castle, and Mound cemetery. This was a great learning experience.










Today our 5th graders showed off their roller coasters they created in Science to Mrs Hibbs’ first grade class. Way to go, 5th grade.

Our fourth graders had an amazing day of outdoor adventure at Deerasic! Students explored nature while kayaking and canoeing, tried their hand at fishing, learned fascinating facts about white-tailed deer, and even practiced archery. It was a day full of learning, teamwork, and fun in the great outdoors!

Our 3-5 students held a spring musical for our K-2 students this afternoon. It was excellent. Way to go, 3-5! Thank you, Mrs. Hill for your hard work on preparing the students.
